Review: 'Up' leaves you on a high
For a little while, it looks like "Up," Pixar's 10th feature-length film, is going to be a downer. Such misgivings are ill-founded. As far as razzmatazz goes, "Up" delivers the goods. Not penguins, precisely, but more than the airborne house promised by the commercials.
Rihanna's lawyer says she'll be subpoenaed to testify at C. Brown's preliminary hearing next month.
*Rihanna and Chris Brown are scheduled to be in the same courtroom next month during a preliminary hearing in his assault case. According to the Associated Press, Rihanna's attorney Donald Etra says prosecutors will subpoena his client to testify at the June 22 hearing to determine whether there is enough evidence to bring the case to trial. It would mark her first appearance in court since felony assault and criminal threats charges were filed against Brown in March. If she is called to testify, the 21-year-old singer would be subject to cross-examination by Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos.
