When I spoke with singer-songwriter-guitarist Kate Voegele about her forthcoming sophomore album, "A Fine Mess," due out May 19, she discussed with me some of the songs that shape the album.For example, lead single "99 Times" is one of Voegele's favorite songs on the CD because she wrote it during the final week of the album's recording sessions.
