Learn to make assorted biscotti this holiday season to give as gifts or serve to companyor keep them for yourself! A hands-on biscotti-making workshop will be offered Nov. 8 from noon to 3 p.m. at 41 King St., Danbury.The workshop will be led by Gina Weckle, co-author with Irene Sherlock of a cookbook-in-progress, "Coifed to Cook: How she wore her hair while roasting artichokes.
