Brookfield Craft Center open for holiday sale
BROOKFIELD -- The 34th annual Holiday Exhibition and Sale has begun and will run through Dec. 31 at the Brookfield Craft Center. The annual sale spans a tradition that began in 1975, when a handful of artists sold their work for just one weekend. Now, 34 years later, it showcases the work of more than 200 artists from across the country and runs a full eight weeks.
